Faulty Item - FULL REFUND

If the item you received is faulty, please contact
orders@thirtyfour.net quoting your order number, your name and
address, details of the product and the reason for return, and
whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise
on how to proceed with the return. You have 3 days from receipt to
inform us of the faulty product and 7 days from receipt of the
faulty item to return it to us. For faulty items, we will issue a
FULL REFUND.
Refund Policy / Order Cancellations - within 3 days

You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from
thirtyfour, for a refund unless indicated on the website. Order
cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number
within 3 calendar days of your purchase. Please email order
cancellation request to orders@thirtyfour.net
For orders that have not been shipped out, you are entitled to a
full refund less any fees imposed on us by the website and payment
medium. In this instant, thirtyfour is not liable for any additional
transactional charges that may be incurred when crediting your
payment.
For orders that have been shipped out, you will need to return the
purchase to us. The return of your purchase is subjected to our
Return or Exchange policy below. You are responsible for any
shipment charges incurred for returning the item(s).
To Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send
us in writing your decision to return the item(s) to
orders@thirtyfour.net within 3 days of receipt. The item(s) must be
returned to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.
We will issue a refund (excluding incurred delivery charge) on
receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if
preferred. Some products are non-returnable; these are clearly
marked indicated in the product specification.
Please note:
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own
protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a registered
mail that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• The parcel can take up to 7 working days, or more, to reach us,
unless sent via special delivery.
• In Italy, selected returned goods (e.g. leather, jewellery) may be
subjected to custom taxes. In such cases, your refund will be
deducted for all/part-of customs clearance tax thirtyfour is
subjected to, in order to receive returned good.
• Refunds will only be processed only when goods are cleared and
received by thirtyfour

Wrong Item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please
contact orders@thirtyfour.net quoting your order number, your name
and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and
whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise
on how to proceed with the return. Please also note that due to the
fact that products are handcrafted or undergo some degree of
handmade process, variation between the same items is possible.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: The item must be returned in its original packaging with any
enclosed documentation.
